How to Access

We at Paradise Spa Dogo are dedicated to ensuring the utmost convenience and service for our guests. We will make every effort to accommodate all visitors who wish to use our facilities, adhering to the principle of accepting all guests.

Spa facility admission is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, without any restrictions for guests who have pre-purchased tickets (online, social commerce, corporate promotions, vouchers, gift certificates, etc.) or those who purchase tickets on-site (credit card discounts, regional discounts, free passes, etc.).

On certain days (holidays, weekends, public holidays, etc.), a high number of visitors may lead to unavoidable entry delays or restrictions. Additionally, to maintain a safe and pleasant environment, the following items are prohibited: food and beverages, umbrellas (including parasols), mats, tents (including sunshades), chairs (portable/leisure chairs), carts, strollers, swim fins, and pets.

Upon entry, inspections (including bag checks) will be conducted at the gate, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

  • Aqua shoes are allowed. (However, aqua shoes with heels, slippers, and sandals are not permitted.)
  • Baby food is allowed. (This includes formula, baby porridge, peeled and seedless fruits in containers, and medically prescribed meals.)
  • Prohibited food items: Snacks, kimbap, rice balls, inari sushi, bread, sandwiches, potatoes, sweet potatoes, eggs, corn, quail eggs, beverages, alcoholic drinks, etc.
  • Glass materials are not allowed. (Only plastic and silicone materials are permitted.)
  • Any stored food that is not retrieved on the same day of use will be discarded the following day.
  • Other stored items and lost items will be kept for one week before being discarded.

  1. Ticket Purchase

    1st-Floor Ticket Booth (2nd floor on weekdays during the off-season) Purchase tickets and receive an entry ticket along with a personal key number tag.
    Self-Service Kiosk Online purchasers can retrieve and print their tickets at the on-site self-service kiosk using the ticket number (e.g., GD_12160).

  2. Entrance Gate

    Present your entry ticket at the 2nd-floor entrance and keep your personal entry ticket.

  3. Shoe Locker

    Store your shoes in the locker that corresponds to your personal key number tag.
    Take your shoe locker key with you to enter the locker room.

  4. Locker Room

    Use the same key as your shoe locker to store your clothes. Take a quick shower, then move to Spa area.

  5. Paradise Spa Usage

    Spa guests must wear swimsuits or beachwear before entering the pools.
    (Cotton clothing is not permitted.)

  6. Rest Area Usage

    Rentals are available at the 1st-floor rental shop.
    Prepayment is required using the locker key.

    • Cabana House and indoor & outdoor sunbeds are paid facilities with rates varying by season. (Full-day / Afternoon ticket)
    • Parasol tables are part of the dining area and may not be used for storing personal belongings.
  7. Shower & Locker Room

    After using Spa, guests can use the shower facilities or Large Hot Spring Bath located inside the locker room.

  8. Payment Counter

    Use your locker key for payments at restaurants and other facilities.
    Before leaving, check your balance at the 2nd-floor payment counter, then proceed with post-payment or settle the amount using a self-service payment kiosk.

  9. Exit Gate

    Insert the key into the shoe locker, retrieve your shoes, and pass through the gate.
    Leave the key in the shoe locker before leaving the facility.

  • Please take care not to lose your key. (In case of loss, compensation will be required.)
  • Elderly individuals and children must be accompanied by a guardian. However, according to Article 4, Clause 7 of the Public Sanitation Management Act, children aged 4 and older are not allowed in mixed-gender bath areas, including changing rooms.
  • At the ticket booth and entrance gate, proof of age (such as a health insurance card or resident registration certificate) may be required. If verification is not possible, admission may be restricted.
  • The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables if they are not stored in the designated lockers.
  • Wearing a swim cap is optional, and other types of caps or hats are also allowed. (Guests with long hair must tie it up.)
  • Tubes are only available for purchase and not for rental. Tubes exceeding 100 cm, dolphin-shaped floats, boat-type floats, and two-person tubes are not allowed.

  • Both indoor and outdoor sunbeds are paid facilities. Please rent them at the 1st-floor swimming pool rental shop before use.(Rental fees and deposits are separate; the deposit is not included in the rental fee.)
  • Glass containers, bottles, and similar items are strictly prohibited within the spa facilities. (For baby food, please use plastic or silicone containers.)
  • Swimwear is mandatory when using the pools. Clothing that may cause dye leakage or cotton-based garments are not allowed inside the pool area. (Guests with large scars or tattoos are advised to wear a rash guard or a full-body swimsuit.)
  • The use of mats, tents, and sunshades is not permitted inside Spa.
How to Use the Paradise Spa Dogo Key

Our facility operates on a cashless One-Key system, allowing you to use a single key for both the shoe locker and clothing locker. After entering, any charges incurred must be settled before exiting.
(If there are unpaid charges, the shoe locker will not open.)

Customer FAQ

  1. We inform you of on-line purchasing by products.
    * Spa *
    - Input the issue number received from on-line purchasing at on-site unmanned ticket machine and print Spa entrance ticket
    - This should be prepaid through online. In case of on-site purchasing by order of arrival, you should wait for a second and enter into spa.
    * Caravan accommodation *
    - Check-in according to designated time and reserved data, Preparing accommodation registration card after checking name and telephone number of person who made reservation at Caravan Welcome Center
    * Real product (wet tissue and so on) *
    - It will be delivered within 7 days after purchasing on-line (However, it can be delayed according to company situation.)

  2. The coupons from joining the site and event will be issued on-line, so you can use it when you make reservation on-line.
    After logging in homepage, you may check your coupon from My Page > Coupon details.
    Select the product that you want to purchase in on-line purchasing category.
    Select the date of use and quantity of the product and press “purchase” button, so that it will show order screen.
    When you press “applying coupon” on order screen, you will see new window and details of coupon.
    When you select desired coupon, the window will be closed and check discounted final total payment amount.

  3. In case a high school student, a minor age under 19, accommodates during journey, he/she should accompany with guardians. And if he/she does not accompany with guardians unavoidably, he/she should bring " written agreement on accommodation of minor".
    You can download the form of " written agreement on accommodation of minor " from caravan information page ( "checking written agreement on accommodation of minor ").
    If you cannot download the form, please leave your message on 'voice of customer' or send an e-mail to master@paradise.biz.
    In 2018, the minor age under 19 is the person who was born in 1999 and whose birthday has not passed. The person who was born in 1999 and whose birthday has passed can stay without written agreement on accommodation of minor.

  4. Mats are prohibited to use due to our operation policy.
    Please use indoor rest facility and outdoor rest facility. (rest facility - sun bed, cabana house)
    Please follow our internal operation policy for pleasant and clean use of all guests.

  5. It is prohibited to wear shoes in spa due to our operation policy.
    The reason why we restrict wearing shoes is because wearing shoes may incur scar to others in case of trouble with others.
    However, aqua skin shoes are permitted to wear and you may wear aqua skin shoes outside the pool and we kindly ask you not to wear aqua skin shoes inside the pool.
    Especially, ordinary slippers, aqua shoes by Crocs or sandals may incur scar, so they are prohibited to wear.
    We request you to follow our operation policy for all pleasant and safe time in spa.

  6. In case you lost internal shoes depository and locker key, you should pay fixed amount of compensation fee.
    However, if we find the key within 7 days after closing the site, we will return the fee to you.
    The compensation fee will be returned to you if we find the key, so you cannot pay it by credit card but only cash, and the price is KRW 20,0 br>If we cannot find the key within 7 days, we will re-manufacture the key with compensation fee. Please be careful of losing key.

  8. When you use spa, you should wear swimsuit.
    The type of swimsuit does not matter and you may wear beachwear as well.
    Besides swimsuits, ordinary cotton t-shirt/short pants/sports wear are not permitted due to worry of dyeing or bleaching.
    When you enter into pool, you are requested to wear swimsuits only and outside the pool, you may wear beach gown or beach towel as well.
    If you want to cover big scar or tattoo on the body, please wear rash guard top or full-length swimsuit.
    Especially, you cannot use pool while wearing ordinary underwear, cotton t-shirt and short pants.
    If you wear clothes other than swimsuit and enter into pool, please be advised that you might be get restraint by safety staffs.

  9. You can use Kids Play Zone.
    In Kids Play Zone, nursing room and diaper-changing room are equipped, so your kids may have quiet nap.
    In addition, you may use microwave inside nursing room, so you may heat up weaning food for baby.

  10. For convenience of all the guests to Paradise Spa Dogo, we prohibit entrance of boy to female sauna and girl to male sauna over the age of 5. Kids age over 5 should use same gender sauna and if a kid cannot be accompanied with adults, we guide informations on method of changing dress and taking shower.
    (Pursuant to Enforcement Regulation of Public Health Control Act, female and male over the age 5 cannot take bath together. And in case of being caught for conducting business after breaking rule, the command of closing business area will be taken.)
    If a kid age under 5 did not bring evidence document, kids cannot use opposite gender sauna. Also, a kid whose height is over 100cm cannot user opposite gender sauna.

  11. All guests using Paradise Spa Dogs can park for free.

  12. Group discount is applied to over 20 people for adults/children entering as waterpark entrance price and you will get 20% discount only after prior reservation. In case of group entrance such as school/academy, you will be informed of details via telephone.

  13. Child is from the age 3(36 months) to elementary school(age 12) and kids younger than 36 month can enter for free when bringing evidence data such as Medical Insurance Card.

  14. You can rent swimsuit from Swimming Supplies Shop and rental fee is KRW 5,000(deposit: KRW 5,000).
    We have various size from 5 to 14 for children and from 80 to 110 for adults.
    You can rent life vest from waterpark rental shop and rental fee is KRW 5,000 for adult and KRW 3,000 for children (deposit: KRW 3,000).
    Size is classified to children/female/male and children under elementary school students and adults using Wave Pool should wear life vests.

  15. We do not rent tube but inly sell it.
    Various tubes are prepared such as ordinary tube and baby walker tube and sales price is from KRW 22,000 to KRW 50,000.
    Tube smaller than 100cm is permitted in waterpark.
    Tube exceeding 100cm, boat shape tube, tube for 2 people and dolphin shape tube are not allowed to use.

  16. In Paradise Spa Dogo, luxury brand Arena and Elle has store and they sell various types of swimsuit such as one-piece, bikini, wrap skirt or wrap short pants for women and trunk type, brief/boxer short for men.
    In addition, they sell or rent swimming supplies and water play supplies(tube, swimming cap, swimming goggles, beach ball or footplate).
    Please be informed that ordinary cotton t-shirt/short pants are not permitted in the pool other than swimsuit.
    We have rental swimsuit as black one-piece type for women and black boxer shorts for men.

  17. We provide expert therapeutic massage by therapist from simple partial massage and entire body aroma massage, and the price is from KRW 30,000 to KRW 240,000.

  18. All stores in Paradise Spa Dogo are equipped with deferred payment system. We have one-key system providing one key for shoes depositor and locker, so you do not have to bring cash or credit card.

  19. In the food court, you can enjoy Korean, Chinese food and pork cutlet. In Deli shop, you can enjoy coffee, fresh juice and simple snacks. You may enjoy chicken, smoked food and cool beer at outdoor barbecue one. Restaurants and beverage facility is operated as self-service, so you can pay with key and adjust calculation later.

  20. Free affiliated facility is Kids Play Zone, and separate fee should be paid for food court, therapeutic massage, swimming supplies shop, bath goods shop, deli shop and lounge.

  21. In regular pool and wave pool, tubes are prohibited and also we have restriction of size. If you use baby-walker tube, be sure to be accompanied with guardian.
    Please be informed that tubes which may cause inconveniences to others, such as tube exceeding 10cm, boat shape tube, tube for 2 people and dolphin shape tube, can be prohibited.

    ※ Water play supplies such as dolphin shape tube has risk of accident, so we prohibit use of them. ※ However, in case of baby walker tube for 1 person, you may use it up to 120cm.

  22. Foods are not allowed to spa.
    However, water(in PET bottle or plastic container), weaning food for baby(powdered formula, porridge), meal for patients or fruits put in the container after removing seed and peel are permitted.
    Besides, food such as snack or meal(all food made of flour or rice) and beverage(bottle, can or PET) are not allowed in spa.
    We request for your cooperation because this policy is for hygiene and health of all customers together with clean and pleasant environment.
    We inform you that the policy on bringing food is pursuant to internal regulations of each business and there is no fixed legal regulation that we should allow bringing food to spa.
    We request for your cooperation and understanding that we check bringing food(bag inspection) at the gate, unavoidably. (We proceed checking food at spa entrance gate or pool entrance gate.)

  23. Near pool, there are cabana house, sun beds and chairs and also we furnished amethyst sauna, jade sauna and sauna.
    In ‘Deli shop on the 2nd floor’, you can take comfortable rest with simple snacks while taking a view of all outdoor facility.
    (However, cabana house and sun beds are paid facility, so you should rent before using the facility.)

  24. Paradise Spa Dogo is always open to welcome customers at any time.

  25. Paradise Spa Dogo can accommodate 3,500 people at a time and maximum capacity is 5,000, so you may use wide facility conveniently.

  26. Male and female can use ‘Indoor Bade Pool & Outdoor Waterpark (Running water pool, Aqua play, Regular pool, Event spa)’ while wearing swimsuits. When you go to take bath and sauna, male and female should go to separated ‘Male/Female Hot spring large bath place’.
    We do not have private room for family or couples.

  27. Bade Pool is hydrotheraphy pool and this is a facility to enjoy fitness wearing swimsuit lightly. This is representative facility of German spa to enjoy pleasant baths while talking with others, by selecting quantity of motion according to individual physical strength and health condition by applying physical/chemical characteristic of thermal water at water temperature 34℃(the insensitive temperature). This facility helps tension and contraction of blood vessel using the role of recovering exercise muscle by using resistance and buoyancy of water and hot/cool water, promotion of metabolism, emission of wastes, regulation of body temperature and solving backache and neuralgia.

  28. We have round-shape Bade Pool for 10 kinds of hydrotherapy, water play & spa facility such as Running water pool, Aqua play(slide) & Regular pool, Kids Land, Wave pool and Hot spring large bath place combined luxury interior at hotel level and open-air bath.
