- Children aged 4 and older are not legally allowed in mixed-gender bath areas (boys must use the men’s bath, and girls must use the women’s bath).
Even for children under 4 years old, proof of birthdate is required; otherwise, mixed-gender bath area is not allowed. (According to the current Public Sanitation Management Act, children aged 4 and older are not allowed to bathe together in mixed-gender bath areas. Violations may result in business closure.) - Spa admission includes access to both Large Hot Spring Bath and Indoor & Outdoor Pools.
- The facility operates year-round without seasonal closures, but operating periods and prices may vary depending on on-site conditions.

- Tickets can be purchased up until one hour before Large Hot Spring Bath closes.
- The facility operates year-round, regardless of weather or season. However, there may be temporary closures for maintenance during the first and second halves of the year.
- Sauna entry may be partially restricted on weekends and public holidays depending on on-site conditions.
