• Weekend Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Soliday days and holidays
• Caravan room rates are based on two people, and an additional room fee of 20,000 won per person is charged for additional people other than the standard number. (Payment on site)
• Additional for exceeding check-out time is KRW 40,000 until 2 pm, KRW 80,000 until 4 pm and price for one day after 4 pm.
  ( However, for the case of high season and reserved caravan on next day, exceeding use is impossible.)

• Home appliances : TV, induction, electric rice cooker, air-conditioner, electric heater, refrigerator, electric hot pot
• Tableware : Tableware (bowl, soup bowl), side dish plate, cup, pot, knife, spoon, scissors, ladle, turner, frying pan, bowl, sponge, dishwashing detergent
• Linen : Beddings (blanket, pillow), towel

※ Washing tools are not provided. Pack your personal washing tools (toothbrush, razor, body/hair wash and so on) in advance.

Using guide on facility

1. Welcome Center

• If you have any inconvenience or need any help from our employees, please visit Welcome Center or call 041-537-7177.
• We provide rental service on supplies for camping (grill equipment, campfire equipment).
• Operation hour of Welcome Center is from 7 am to 10 pm.

• You can buy food(instant food, ramen, kimchi and so on), beverage or alcoholic beverage at E-mart 24 convenience store.

2. Foot bath

[ Operation hours ]

• Guests who stay in caravan can use foot bath for free during operation hours.
• You cannot eat food, water play or submerge in foot bath.

3. Barbecue

• You can order barbecue when you check-in caravan. There is no separate place for using only barbecue.
• Barbecue set includes grill set.

• Above menu can be changed according to daily circumstances.

4. Spa

• Guests who stay in caravan are provided with free spa on the day of check-in. (Not possible to use spa only before check-in, Possible to use Hot spring large bath place on the day of check-out)
• Shower room inside caravan is small and narrow, so you may feel uncomfortable. Therefore, we recommend you to use shower facility in caravan exclusive locker.
• We provide key for caravan exclusive locker when you check-in, so you can use the locker of applicable number. (Same number for shoes depository and wardrobe locker) Also, you can pay for using facilities(food, massage) inside spa with locker key and calculate charges at caravan welcome center when you check- out.
• You can access to spa by using caravan exclusive locker that is located in caravan main entrance.
• You can use spa in four seasons because spa is connected to open-air spa.

5. Caravan exclusive locker

- Guests who stay in caravan can use spa facility through exclusive locker.

• Operation hours for caravan exclusive locker : Time of check-in ~ Spa closing time
• You can use exclusive locker with the key that you received from Welcome Center. And you can take a shower in the shower room.
• Using spa on the day of check-in(not Hot spring large bath place), using Hot spring large bath place on the day of check-out(not spa)
• When you use Hot spring large bath place on the next day, you shall not use exclusive locker and use spa internal locker, so refer to information from employee at Welcome Center.

Information on reservation

1) Information on reservation

• Paradise Spa Dogo Caravan Camping is operated on a subscription basis.
• Only adults(over the age of 20) can use caravan. (Minors can use caravan with guardians and for the case of not accompanying with guardians, please submit written agreement on accommodation of minor.)

• Reservation is available from the date of commencing reservation to the end date of next month. Reservation by telephone is only available for the day.
• Reserved date is not changeable. You can make new reservation after cancellation of former reservation.

2) Regarding price

• The cost demands payment in advance and, for the case of refund due to cancellation after reservation, we follow the regulation.
• For caravan, only fixed number of people can stay without classification of adult/children due to type of caravan. Please contact Paradise Spa Dogo Caravan(041-537-7177) for additional people.
• Please refer to ‘using fee page’ for exemption contents due to using the facility.

3) Regarding cancellation of reservation and refund

• 환불을 원하실 경우는 반드시 온라인 예약취소를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
• When you want to get refund, please be sure to proceed on-line cancellation.
• Refund amount can be different according to the timing of applying for refund, so please check the details.
• When you want to get refund, the refund amount can be different due to refund criteria, so please check it in advance.
• You cannot change reserved date and number of people after reservation, so make new reservation after cancelling former reservation. (We request for your understanding, because this is to prevent damage to other guests due to plenty of guests on a specific day.)

• We request for your prudent decision because cancellation charge will be deducted from refund amount.

4)Information on check-in

• You can enter Paradise Spa Dogo Caravan Camping Zone for using facility from 14:00 of using day. (However, from 15:00 during high season).
• In order to prevent transfer of reservation and check the age of guests(checking minor), we request you to bring ID card or mobile phone of the person who made reservation. (In case of the guest without ID card, please visit Welcome Center first. If the identification is not confirmed, check-in is not allowed.)
• For using camping zone, receive guidance and information for use at Welcome Center.
• We inform you that in case more people staying exceeding fixed number or false entry of staying number of people, you may not receive human compensation in case of emergency.

5) Information on check-out

• You should complete check-out by 11am on the next day. If you do not keep this time, additional charge will be collected. However, in case following reservation is made or facility repair is scheduled, extending check-out time is not available. (Especially, extending check-out time is not available during high season.)
• We request you to recycle trash for the following guests before check-out.
• Take your belongings before check-out and if you lose something, please call 041-537-7100 or inquire to ‘voice of customer’.
• Before check-out, put the fixtures back in their place and request for check-out to Welcome Center. You may check-out after our employee will visit and check.
• The cost generated from damage of fixture due to carelessness shall be charged to the guest who used it.

6) Note for guests

Followings are using guide and rules for users to be obeyed for pleasant journey. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

• For access to camping zone, please use gate of entrance after guide of manager.
• Using fee for facility is based on ‘criteria of collecting use fee’ and the fee should be paid in advance.
• No pets are allowed to caravan. If any pet gets in the caravan, people should leave caravan compulsorily.
• In the caravan, cooking meat, fish or fried food is prohibited.
• In case of emergency, please follow the direction of managing employees.
• In order to protect your safe property, using additional electricity products or heating device(stove, burner), except for provided electricity facility, is prohibited.
• The criteria of installation of temporary facility(string to fix tent, electricity wiring) inside Paradise Spa Dogo Caravan Camping Zone is as follows.
• Tent for rest is allowed to be installed only inside wood deck in front of caravan. Installing tent is not allowed in other areas. (Tent for sleeping is not allowed to be installed inside deck.)
• Please be careful to prevent accident due to installed temporary facility(string to fix tent, electricity wiring) by you.
• In case of any accident, we inform you that the guest who installed temporary facility shall be liable for compensation.
• Please be careful of loud noise and especially from 21:00 to 07:00 next morning is silence time, so beware for deep sleep of others.

7) Using guide

A Trash disposal method (common)

• Separate recycles and put wastes garbage in provided plastic bag and put it at designated place.
• After using firewood or charcoal, throw away at garbage dump after quenching fire completely.

B Caravan

• Please use fixtures clean.
• Personal washing tools(toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo) are not provided.
• Except for standard fixed number of people, cutlery and beddings are not provided.
• We rent charged brazier and outdoor tables are installed.
• Fire arms are prohibited except for designated place and personal devices shall not be used but for rental products.
• Personal devices(string to fix tent, electricity wiring) are not allowed to use. (In case of any accident after installing personal device, we inform you that the guest who installed shall be liable for compensation.)

FAQ on camping zone etiquette

• Be careful not to damage tree, flower or other fixtures in order to enjoy the nature.
• Do not throw away trash carelessly and separate garbage for recycling.
• Refrain from singing or shouting loudly at late night while other people are sleeping.
• Installation of personal equipment such as tent or tarp is prohibited.
• When you withdraw and arrange tent and equipment, keep it clean without leaving trash or ashes.
• Electricity products using high amount of electricity such as electricity heater and electricity pad may cut off the electricity of all camping zone, so refrain from using them.
• Making fire at the place not designated in camping zone is prohibited and cooking food or using fire is permitted in the designated place only.
• In the camping zone, political event or religious promotion is prohibited.
• Commercial promotion or sales of products is prohibited without written approval of manager.
